Automation of e-Archive Invoices in Turkey
With the SAP Business Technology Platform, e-Archive invoices of suppliers issued to your institution can be retrieved from the Interactive Tax Office platform (Turkish Revenue Administration). Access the image of incoming invoices
You can access the invoice image in HTML format by converting the XML files sent to your corporate e-mail address. It is also possible to download invoices.
Features
Easy settings screen for users
Basic information about your company code, e-mail addresses, SMTP or IMAP customizations and e-mail templates to be sent to the supplier can be adapted.
Tracking data with user-friendly screens
Data can be tracked in many fields such as the Supplier's Name of the incoming invoice, the Supplier's Tax Identification Number, amount information, and the document number of the resulting accounting record. You can personalize the screen with the flexible interface.
Create accounting records for invoices from the screen
Invoices can be saved on the financial accounting side by using the buttons on the screen F-02 transaction or an accounting save MIRO transaction can be created based on a purchase order number.
Ability to cancel or object invoices
It is possible to cancel/object to incoming e-Archive invoices. For such transactions, these transactions can be carried out on the screen without going to the Interactive Tax Office Portal.
