The solution ensures the stability of the planning process with a tool compliant with current regulations and set up with predefined rules. Administration, Finance, and Control departments can integrate their economic models with financial ones.

Features
Integrated planning CAPEX functionality
IT internally manages the CAPEX planning for each WBE (Work Breakdown Element) and automatically determines the depreciation values through the relative asset class associated to the type of investment. The depreciation amount is automatically stored on the specific account.
Manages Vat settlement
The solution allows a correct management of the monthly VAT settlement by applying the tax rate based on the individual items of financial revenue and expenditure. Moreover, it allows to automatically calculate the VAT Settlement (credit, debit and to be paid).
Integrated planning and control skills
Through preconfigured input schedules it is possible to plan the economic and financial items faster and easier. The user can simply perform automatic planning functions triggering specific features
Allows the use of KPI/Key Drivers
Quick control of planning values and / or Key Drivers (e.g. inflation) to optimize the planning process. Simple simulations with the support of graphics and dashboards that reduce the time of analysis.
Generates automatically Cash Flow and Net Financial Position
The model allows the user to carry out cash flow-related financial operations using a simple layout. The Net Financial Position is automatically generated by the model and shown in specific reporting. It automatically calculates credit and debit interest generated by the use of financial instruments
