See at a glance important shipping point KPIs in an easily accessible way
Shipping professionals can directly see how much of today's workload has already been processed and how much is still open. They can track the progress with respect to backlog items (i.e., planned GI in the past) and drill down to the individual items with the most crucial data at item level. Common use cases are running the dashboard standalone on a big screen at the shipping point or integrating it as a tile into the SAP Fiori launchpad.
Connect your SAP S/4HANA Cloud system securely and with little effort
We provide out-of-the-box implementations for the KPIs in your SAP S/4HANA Cloud system and APIs for secure data access. Once the initial setup is done, use the solution with a near-zero operational and maintenance footprint. You can restrict data access to specific shipping points based on the standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud user and role management.
Set up dashboards to meet the specific demands of individual shipping points
Use the dashboard configuration apps to comfortably set up dashboard layouts and contents. Each shipping point can be set up with its individual design and KPIs. If you have further requirements regarding dashboard contents, request our dashboard extension services to obtain tailor-made implementations for your specific use cases.

Get an overview of outbound delivery processing in the dashboard
The screenshot shows an example dashboard. The left area shows the progress regarding the backlog (overall; broken down according overdue days). The right area shows the progress regarding today's workload (overall; by hour). The display automatically refreshes to keep the numbers up-to-date.
Drill down to delivery details at item level
Drill down to the details level to obtain information about the specific delivery items of current workload and backlog. The information include quantity, weight, volume, days overdue, and processing stage. Via quick filters, users can switch between all items, open items, and closed items.
Configure dashboards for each individual shipping point
Configure the (standard or extension) charts displayed in your dashboards and their visual arrangement. You may maintain configurations specific to each individual shipping point. Access the configuration screens directly in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The screenshot shows an alternative dashboard setup.
