Troubleshooting Process for unresolved IP Addresses

For legal reasons, SAP is blocking download requests from IP addresses which are not assigned to a specific country.

In case your download request is blocked, please perform the following steps:

  1. Report an incident using component XX-SER-SWFL-EXPORT
  2. Insert “IP approval request” in the description line
  3. Add error message details (IP address, S-user, etc.) in the description part
  4. Answer the following questions:

Is the used IP address permanently assigned to your company? YES / NO

If the answer is YES, can you confirm that through this IP address access is not and will not be performed from any of the following countries or region?

  • Crimea Region of Ukraine
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria

If the answer is NO, can you confirm that through this S-User access is not and will not be performed from any of the following countries or region?

  • Crimea Region of Ukraine
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
