The solution scrambles all sensitive employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, including personal, contact, identification, and compensation-related fields. Scrambling rules can be configured at field and entity level, while preserving referential integrity across core SAP SuccessFactors objects.
Access scrambled data for download
The application provides a secure option to download scrambled datasets and execution logs in standard formats such as CSV. This supports validation, compliance checks, and internal quality verification.
Send automated email notifications
Automated email notifications are sent upon successful completion of the scrambling job. Emails include execution status and access to the scrambled output, ensuring timely communication without manual follow-up.
