Real-time API integration with SAP SuccessFactors. The configuration of SOFT may change according to the evolution of SAP SuccessFactors APIs. The status of the final arbitration made in SOFT will be directly visible for the employee and the manager.
Process Automatization
Automatization of the assignation and validation for courses at the end of specific request periods. The end-user will see all the validated courses directly from his learning plan.

Autonomy on the configuration of the application
The administrator is completely autonomous on the configuration of the application. He can choose workflows, manage picklists, work on the layout... The admins can also access a specific and user-friendly dashboard.
Multi plan management
It's possible to manage several plans at the same time. After the end the training collect, the user can be able to keep requesting courses. It's also possible to manage requests out of plan. And a specific approval process can be applied for all the requests out of plan if necessary.
Off-catalog management
If the employee does not find the relevant course in the catalog, he can make a request outside the catalog. He can request the number of days, hours and description of the wanted course. Then, managers and training managers will have the complete description of the course.
