Easy Upload and Fast Editing of Purchase Orders
The Work Center "Purchase Requests and Orders" is enhanced by the tab "Fast Entry". With this tab Purchase Orders can be created and edited much faster compared to standard SAP Business ByDesign. Maintain same information online item level (e.g. Account Assignment) only once for all line items.

Get better quality and less follow-up issues
The quality of your purchase orders will improve, because settings on line item level are done only once. This avoids data entry errors and follow-up issues are reduced (e.g. exceptions in supplier invoicing).
Upload files without limitations of line items
The file upload is simplified. Only 2 information are mandatory: Product ID, Quantity. This saves time, reduces the workload and avoids errors. Furthermore there is no limit in the number of line items.
