Overview
Increase efficiency and avoid errors by interfacing with measuring devices
Record results from all digital measuring devices, whether they are handheld devices such as calipers or micrometers, or complex measuring machines where results are recorded via file import or databases. For example from Keyence, Zeiss, Werth, Mitutoyo, and many more.
Centrally record all data relevant for the inspection
Attach images, documents, inspection descriptions, catalog attributes or defects to measurement results in order to upload them to the SAP system or to create defect items in quality notifications.
Optimized user interface for quality inspections
We focus on a good user experience. Our tool offers an optimized and web-based user interface so that inspectors always see exactly what they need for the current inspection.
Use all operating platforms and mobile devices
Inspectors and workers only need a web browser for data acquisition. The web interface can be used on any device and is also optimized for data acquisition with tablets.
Integration into the full EiQMI Product Suite possible
Use also other tools of our EiQMI Product Suite. This allows to build complex use cases for quality inspections. The integrated tools can be used for statistical evaluations, reports, and monitoring and visualization of the quality situation.

Fast and easy measurement data acquisition in operations of inspection lots with characteristic evaluations in an intuitive and optimized user interface.

Via the sidebar, you can enter inspection descriptions and record characteristics via catalogs and you get access to SPC charts, attached documents, characteristic information.
Check the inspection overview with all info from the inspection plan
The inspection overview lists all characteristics of the operation currently being inspected, including all relevant information from the inspection plan.
View all attached documents
In the document panel you can view all attached documents, both specification documents of inspection lot, operation, characteristic, material or production resource/tool as well as uploaded result documents.
