Concatenate Item attributes into an Item Number
If you use significant item numbers to describe the attributes of the bill of materials you can utilize our Smart Part generator to concatenate a significant identifier that represents the attributes and description of the bill being generated.

The CPQ portal allows you to extend our sales management tool beyond your own sales personnel to allow your Customers and Resellers to create their own quotes and orders for your products. The real-time connection to SAP Business ByDesign allows customer specific pricing to be applied dynamically.

Guide Users through Questions/Answers with logic in CIS Configurator
Users answer questions & the Configurator uses the logic built into the product model to lead the user through a guided selling process. The selected Answers resolve to a valid and accurate list of Items & real time, customer-based pricing from SAP Business ByDesign, with a graphical representation.
Access CIS QuoteBuilder to Create Sales Quotes & Orders containing many options
Our web portal centralizes all quoting activity and allows remote and third party users outside of SAP Business ByDesign to create a Sales Quote, with configured items or stock items. Quotes can be revised with each revision being stored, the portal creates a Sales Order in SAP Business One.
Produce an Attractive & Informative Sales Quote with as much detail as required
An accurate quote is always created in QuoteBuilder and can be exported to a PDF containing as much information needed. Options setup in the ReportBuilder either by the organization or by a user permission. You can attach default documents like Terms and conditions in a document library.
Real Time Reporting incorporating all variables used in the Configurator
When all options and variables are setup in the ModelBuilder they can ultimately be used to provide advanced reporting as granular as you require. You are not tied to using our default look and feel of the report we generate, show us how you want it to look and we will create it for you!
