This award recognizes the partner that exceeds in understanding and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. By sharing the unique value proposition of SAP solutions and the concrete business outcomes that customers can attain, the partner helps them solve problems and empowers them to tackle future challenges and opportunities. Key criteria include net-new names and the ability to build a customer-for-life relationship.
Customer Transformation: Corporate
This award recognizes the partner that excels in sales excellence in the corporate segment, fostering ambitious business planning. By sharing the unique value proposition of SAP solutions and the concrete business outcomes that customers can attain, the partner helps them solve problems and empowers them to tackle future challenges and opportunities. Key criteria include annual contract value growth and attainment of its business plan commitment, linearity, and net-new customer success stories.
Customer Transformation: Large Enterprise
This award recognizes the partner that excels at amplifying SAP’s strategy for large enterprises by offering SAP Business Suite (including apps, data, and AI) and helping deliver large-scale transformations. Key criteria include annual contract value bookings, the use of RISE with SAP Methodology, toolchain cACV, the Joule for Consultants solution, and AI innovation.
Customer Transformation: Partner-Led Territories
This award recognizes the partner that actively invests and creates value in the partner-led territories segment, focusing on successfully driving customer lifetime value across the customer value journey. Key criteria include the share of partner-sourced opportunities, deals booked, and customer go-lives.
Partner Application: Small Enterprise
This award recognizes a partner-developed, innovative application based on the strategic importance for our joint customers in complementing the SAP portfolio of solutions for the small-enterprise segment.
Delivery Quality
This award recognizes the partner that excels in successfully delivering projects with cloud solutions from SAP, enabling the customer to quickly draw value from its investment in SAP software and the partner. Key criteria include cloud customer go-live, delivery quality, and deployed annual contract value.
Customer Success Management
This award recognizes the partner that exceeds in consistently delivering value to customers throughout their lifecycle, helping ensure customers achieve the desired outcomes while using and adopting SAP products or services. Key criteria include dACV, consumption and expansion performances, and investment in the customer success management practice.
Partner Learning and Skills Growth
This award honors the partner that excels in building robust teams of skilled and certified SAP practitioners through dedicated solution enablement programs and coaching services in line with SAP strategy updates and portfolio innovations. Key criteria include achieving an expected threshold of 50% certification of the partner’s SAP solution practice, as well as adoption of new certification portfolio items focused on the SAP Business Data Cloud solution, SAP Business AI, and SAP Business Suite.
RISE with SAP Methodology
This award honors partners that demonstrate expertise and experience in helping customers enhance agility and prepare for innovation by following the clean core strategy from SAP during implementations with the RISE with SAP journey. Specifically, it recognizes partners’ dedication to consistently applying best practices supported by RISE with SAP Methodology. This involves developing and executing a success plan for a clean core, supporting quality gates for a clean core in the SAP Cloud ALM solution, and leveraging solutions for the integrated toolchain. Key criteria include the consumption of SAP Build solutions, enterprise integration, SAP Signavio solutions, as well as the adoption of SAP LeanIX solutions in projects involving SAP Cloud ERP Private solutions. The ratio of certified professionals in innovation-focused areas matches the volume of projects being implemented.
SAP Cloud ERP: New Customer Acquisition
This award recognizes partners that have successfully brought in net-new-name customers to begin an innovation journey with SAP Cloud ERP solutions. Eligible partners will be evaluated on the ability to position and sell the business value of new SAP Business Suite packages to line-of-business buyers, as well as contributions to successful adoption and consumption, including the use of additional entitlements offered within these packages.
SAP Cloud ERP: Installed Base Transformation
This award recognizes partners for their exceptional efforts in driving the transition for SAP’s on-premises ERP installed-base customers to SAP Cloud ERP or SAP Cloud ERP Private solutions—supporting the RISE with SAP journey. Key selection criteria include influenced direct and indirect annual contract value for SAP Cloud ERP, the maturity of partner-led implementation accelerators, and investments in sales and presales enablement—such as clean core, SAP Business AI, and the SAP Business Data Cloud solution—demonstrating the partners’ ability to position and sell the full value of the SAP Business Suite.
Rising Star
This award recognizes a new partner in the SAP ecosystem that demonstrates sales excellence and generates significant customer value by identifying and fulfilling customer needs with SAP solutions. Key criteria include business planning commitment and attainment, cloud bookings, and net-new names.
Partner Application: Industries
This award recognizes a partner-developed innovative industry solution based on the strategic importance for our joint customers in complementing the SAP industry portfolio and the innovative use of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business AI.
Partner Industry Innovation
This award recognizes the partner with the highest impact on delivering partner-owned industry solutions and innovations that complement the SAP industry portfolio in the public cloud. Key criteria include industry thought leadership, go-to-market success, customer references, published SAP-validated partner use cases, or other innovations on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Business AI. Innovations on SAP BTP must be instrumental in increasing adoption and consumption of SAP solutions and accelerating cloud transformations for SAP customers, for instance, through the GROW with SAP journey.
Extensibility of SAP BTP with SAP Build and the Clean Core Approach
This award recognizes the partner’s commitment to customer success by adhering to our clean core strategy with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) along the RISE with SAP journey. Key criteria include demonstrated thought leadership, strategic alignment, governance of the clean core for SAP BTP, proven customer success, and partner-led consumption of SAP BTP.
Success with SAP Business Data Cloud
This award recognizes the partner’s success in driving accelerated growth of the SAP Business Data Cloud solution along the customer value journey. Key criteria include strategic alignment, established solution practice for SAP Business Data Cloud with certified professionals, bookings with SAP Business Data Cloud, business warehouse modernization, and customer adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud.
SAP Business AI: Partner Innovation and AI Cloud Application
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on innovative, partner-developed AI cloud applications that complement cloud solutions from SAP in the AI space built on AI Foundation on SAP Business Technology Platform. Key criteria include the use of AI services in AI Foundation, AI services in the application, customer relevance and adoption, revenue from the SAP Store online marketplace, and customer references.
SAP Business AI: Partner Innovation and a Customer AI Use Case
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on innovative, partner-developed AI customer use cases that complement cloud solutions from SAP in the AI space built on AI Foundation on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Key criteria include the use of SAP BTP and AI services in the application, customer relevance and adoption, and customer references.
SAP Business AI: Customer Adoption
This award recognizes leaders in SAP’s partner ecosystem based on the activation and consumption of embedded AI features (such as the Joule copilot) in cloud solutions from SAP in their customer base. Key criteria include the number of activated customers, breadth of SAP Business AI solutions adoption, fostering of cloud transformations on the RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP journeys, go-to-market success, and customer references.
SAP Store
This award recognizes a successful partner that showcases one or more innovative solutions on the SAP Store site while successfully deploying and delivering value to customers throughout their lifecycle at scale. Key criteria include views, opportunities, and pipeline creation.
Business Transformation Management: Excellence
This award recognizes partners that exemplify excellence in driving business transformation with measurable outcomes. Honorees deliver on time and within scope while elevating customer impact, accelerating adoption, and creating sustained business value through disciplined execution, collaboration, and commitment to transformation success. Key criteria include successful transformation projects, customer value realization, and end-to-end adoption of Business Transformation Management solutions—including SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions—that turn strategy into measurable results.
Business Transformation Management: Innovation
This award celebrates partners that redefine what’s possible through creativity, technology, and bold thinking. Honorees pioneer new approaches, leverage data and AI, and set new standards for how business transformation is delivered, making innovation a tangible force for customer value. Key criteria include innovative methodologies, integration of SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions, and the creative use of AI and data to drive new business outcomes that advance the vision of the Business Transformation Management portfolio.
Success with SAP Business Suite
This award anticipates a partner’s business suite readiness and recognizes a partner's ability to cover integrated business processes—such as recruit to retire, source to pay, lead to cash, or design to operate— leveraging SAP Cloud ERP and SAP Business Suite packages, including data (SAP Business Data Cloud solution) and AI packages, on top of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The partner should have a proven record of selling and delivering across multiple solution areas to customers. Key criteria include sales success, completed projects across multiple solution areas with suite qualities enabled by SAP BTP, attainment of readiness with SAP Business Suite for multiple end-to-end business processes and showing strong demand-generation capabilities through the PSO track.
Innovation Solution: SAP Store
This award recognizes an innovative partner that provides an economically relevant business solution for our customers. Key criteria include having an innovative solution adopting SAP technologies (SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud solution) available on the SAP Store site that are driving impact for less than two years, the annual contract value of the new application, and the number of transactions on SAP Store.
Success with Partner Solutions
This award recognizes a partner solution that successfully delivers ongoing customer value by extending the SAP solution portfolio, as evidenced by customer demand and solution sales. The success of the partner solution is a direct reflection of the unique business value delivered to SAP customers. Key criteria include annual contract value bookings growth and new customer success stories.
Innovation Solution: SAP Solution Extensions
This award recognizes an innovative partner that provides an economically relevant business solution for our customers. This partner, supporting SAP Business AI or strategy for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), recognizes independent software vendors that leverage SAP BTP capabilities (such as AI, analytics, and integration) to deliver groundbreaking solutions.
Sustainability
This award recognizes partners that have made sustainability an integral component of their services for the RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP journeys. It points to partners leading go-lives of SAP Sustainability solutions including SAP Sustainability Footprint Management; SAP Sustainability Control Tower; SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management; SAP S/4HANA for product compliance; and SAP Responsible Design and Production. The award also recognizes those partners preparing the market for the SAP Green Ledger and SAP Green Token solutions and the SAP Sustainability Data Exchange application. Key criteria for this award include indirect revenue, impacted deals, joint customer reference stories, and successful go-lives.
