Growing sustainably to compete globally
TNG exports agricultural products from Vietnam’s Mekong Delta to consumers around the world. The company specializes in individually quick-frozen, freeze-dried, and vacuum-dried tropical fruits and vegetables. Founded in 2021, TNG was launched with a goal of contributing to the sustainable development of the country’s agricultural value chain.
The company uses advanced production technology in a modern five-hectare factory to process 150 tons of raw food each day and export 25,000 tons of food annually. With a focus on innovation, safety-first sourcing, and product quality, TNG offers more than 30 premium products—such as mango, dragon fruit, and cantaloupe—to domestic and international customers. The company’s key export market is the United States, where consumers interested in clean-label, health-conscious products have helped TNG grow.

The company’s ability to scale effectively while maintaining supply stability was continuously challenged by volatile market conditions. Seasonal fluctuations and raw-material variability compromised the consistency of production planning and resource usage. In addition, dynamic agricultural pricing required centralized procurement and tighter cost controls across sourcing regions.
Legacy internal systems only further compounded the challenge. Disconnected business systems and spreadsheet-based workflows created fragmented data that increased risks associated with food export compliance. Suboptimal resource usage and the need to coordinate multistep processes between manual and machine operations caused production inefficiencies. Limited sales and customer insight made it difficult to track sales campaigns, manage pricing complexity, and forecast demand accurately.
For TNG to grow sustainably, meet customer expectations, and compete globally, the company needed a centralized, real-time ERP solution that could integrate operations, help ensure traceability, and improve cost-efficiency.

Simplifying deployment for faster time to value
To create an integrated digital backbone for its operations, TNG deployed SAP Cloud ERP. The cloud-based solution includes financial, controlling, procurement, sales and distribution, inventory management, warehouse management, production planning, and e-invoicing functionality, as well as integration with the company’s CRM solution.
With the help of SAP partner Citek Technology JSC, TNG deployed the new solution in just six months. Using SAP Cloud ERP along with Citek’s domain-specific expertise, the team unified and standardized TNG’s end-to-end processes across departments. Now sales orders are automatically synchronized with the SAP solution, enabling accurate production planning and financial postings. The solution also supports complex product portfolios and batch-based tracking for food safety and export compliance.

SAP Cloud ERP is helping TNG speed order fulfillment, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance financial visibility. The solution also offers real-time data visibility into inventory, cost control, and working capital.
With production planning now driven by orders from the CRM system, TNG has increased responsiveness and reduced excess inventory. Inventory management processes have been enhanced by improved traceability, batch control, and shelf-life tracking. Support for best practices tailored to the agribusiness industry, combined with real-time analytics offered by business intelligence capabilities in the SAP Analytics Cloud solution, have resulted in increased operational control. With SAP Cloud ERP, the manual workload of employees has been significantly reduced, using automated workflows and standardized operations to increase productivity by 25%.

As the market increasingly embraces sustainability, traceability, and personalized nutrition, TNG may use solutions such as integrated analytics, automation, and AI to optimize operations and meet evolving consumer demands.
For example, AI could improve TNG’s demand forecasting and dynamic pricing, which will help align production with market needs. Technologies such as image recognition and Internet of Things integration could be used to enhance quality control in the company’s agricultural processing.
