SAP SE GxP Audit Summary 2026

This Audit Summary is based on the Audit Report issued by an independent consortium of participating life sciences companies that collectively perform and govern the audit activities (the Audit Consortium). The Audit Consortium was steered under the umbrella of the German SAP Users Group. The Audit Consortium executed this audit and created this Audit Report led by a certified Lead Auditor.

 

The purpose of this Audit Summary is to provide a structured overview of the audited scope, observations, and conclusions relevant to SAP's security controls related to data integrity and quality management. The document has been prepared to support transparency regarding the outcomes of the audit while maintaining compliance with applicable confidentiality, privacy, and data protection obligations of SAP as well as the Audit Consortium.

 

Access to the Audit Summary is limited to Eligible Recipients. Requests for access must be submitted through the SAP Trust Center or other portal designated for Audit Summary distribution and are subject to SAP's review and approval process. SAP reserves the right to grant, restrict, or deny access at its sole discretion based on eligibility, intended use, confidentiality considerations, and applicable contractual obligations.
