Originally hailing from Belgium, Peggy Renders has lived in Melbourne, Australia, for 13 years. As SVP, Digital Transformation Office for the APJ region, her role demands extensive travel to meet with teams in different countries. But Peggy is also a single mom, and spending time with her sons is a top priority. Working at SAP allows her the flexibility to have a demanding job and be a great parent. She puts family first, and in doing so, she gives permission for those around her to do the same.
