Define event in SAP Ariba as normal. Using an External System Approval task, approve the event for publishing. A corresponding event will automatically be created in Keelvar Sourcing Optimizer. The full functionality of Keelvar's Sourcing Optimizer can be used to run, analyse and award the event.
Automatic Contract Creation
Once the optimal business solution has been reached in Keelvar and the event is closed, contracts are automatically created in SAP Ariba for each supplier who has been awarded business. Details on what was awarded and at what price are included on the contracts.
