Anonymize data either in-place without copy or from source to target with copy

Choose between the option of either reading data from a source and writing the anonymized data to a source or the option of anonymizing data in-place ("Target same as source") without creating an additional copy. In-place anonymization prevents any unnecessary transfer of data between systems.

Backup and restore anonymized data
