HR Business Partner

HR business partners define and execute HR strategies for a line of business (LoB) – like finance or marketing. They work closely with senior leadership to identify current and future business needs and translate them into an HR plan.

Our people are already stellar – but this team helps them shine ever brighter. They design and deliver programs for development, career and performance management, and business initiative support – for both company managers and employees. 

Recruitment

SAP recruiters are excellent matchmakers. They develop recruitment strategies, qualify and interview candidates, and confer job offers. They develop and manage internal job transfer systems – and they work with ad agencies and placement firms.
