Maggie Buggie is SVP and Chief Business Officer at SAP Services.
In this role, Maggie leads Strategy, Go-to-Market, Innovation Services & Solutions, Ecosystem, Cloud Experience and Education for SAP Services. Her team’s focus is on creating and commercially delivering the vision and strategy for SAP's global Customer Success Services business. The unit’s purpose is to create valuable outcomes and experiences for SAP customers, helping them build their future business through the lens of their economic, environmental and societal impact and contribution.
Prior to this role, Maggie was general manager and global head of Innovation Services and Solutions at SAP, helping customers make innovation real for their business via unique innovations.
Maggie was recently named one of the world’s first Top 50 Most Powerful Women in the Data Economy by Data Economy magazine, marking her commitment and contribution to innovation within the technology industry.
She has significant experience building fast-growth digital businesses and previously led Digital Sales, Markets and Industries globally at Capgemini and Global Cloud Sales & Consulting for Fujitsu.
Maggie is on the Companions Board of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK, and was the 2013 winner of the ‘Women in the City’ technology category award in recognition of her achievements. She is on the next generation committee at Leap, a charity that helps young people manage conflict. She is also a member of the Sustainability and AI Ethics councils at SAP.
