SAP Integrated Report 2016
To Our Stakeholders
CEO Bill McDermott and CFO Luka Mucic address SAP's strong performance in 2016 and the innovations driving these results.
We use both financial and non-financial indicators to measure our success
Increase in non-IFRS cloud subscription and support revenue (2016: €2.99 billion / 2015: €2.30 billion)
Increase in non-IFRS operating profit
(2016: €6.63 billion / 2015: €6.35 billion).
The Customer Net Promoter Score was 19.2% in 2016 (2015: 22.4%).
Our employee engagement index increased to 85% in 2016 (2015: 82%).
We believe that social, environmental, and economic performance are interrelated, with each creating tangible impacts on the others.
