FAQ

Can a submission win more than one award?

Yes, a single submission can win up to two (2) awards, as entrants can select and participate up to a maximum of two (2) award categories.

How are finalists and winners selected?

Completed nominations will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges to be shortlisted into three (3) Finalists per award category where one (1) winner will then be selected from each award category.

Who are the Judges?

They are independent with no personal or financial benefit received from their participation. The list of judges and a short profile for each participating judge will be published on the Customer Success Awards for SAP UKI website near the time of the announcement of the finalists. 

What is the judging criteria for the Customer Success Awards for SAP UKI?

The judging criteria are:

  • Use Case - How is the entrant using SAP technology to add value?
  • Project Realisation - Did the project meet or overachieve the original goals set and if so, how?
  • Value - What business value has the project achieved from deploying the SAP solutions or technologies?
  • Humanisation - How has the project had a positive impact on the lives of individuals either inside or outside the organization?
  • Help the Organization Run Better - How is the project applying technology and approaches towards becoming an intelligent enterprise?
Who can submit an entry?

All SAP customers and partners who have successfully deployed any SAP products and technologies in a production (go-live) environment that support daily business operations. 

Can a partner submit on behalf of one of their customers?

Yes, SAP partners may submit on behalf of their customers that have successful deployments (go-lives). The customer will be named in the winning entry, and the partner will be recognized along with the customer. However, only the entries which include a customer email confirmation consenting to their participation will be accepted. SAP reserves the right to contact any company mentioned in the entry to ensure that they have agreed to participate.

How do I submit an entry?

Participants interested in entering should download the Pitch Deck template here.  Entrants must complete all fields in their Pitch Deck aside from those labelled optional. The completed Pitch Deck must then be submitted on the submission page.

When do we have to submit the entry by?

Entry can be submitted from 1st September 2021 midnight GMT to 7th October 2021 midnight GMT.

Will I get any notification on my submission?

All submissions will be reviewed, and an SAP representative will contact you to confirm the submission and clarify the details.

 

Finalists will be announced on 18th October 2021 and winners will be announced at the Awards evening on 17th November and subsequently on the Awards website. If you are shortlisted as finalists and winners, you will be contacted and notified before the official announcements.

Does the solution have to be 'live' or deployed to qualify for an award?

Submissions must utilize one or more SAP products and technologies and be deployed in production (go-lives).

What are the special Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for Government Entities?
GOVERNMENT RELATED ENTITIES MAY ONLY PARTICIPATE UNDER THE LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.  SAP reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate in its sole and absolute discretion on any dispute related to the Customer Success Awards for SAP UKI at any time. The Customer Success Awards for SAP UKI is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
