Bank Account Manager
TIS Bank Account Manager not only provides an accurate overview of the account details and banking relationships of all branches and subsidiaries worldwide, but also provides secure and centralized management of all company-wide accounts, data, signing permissions and documents. This means that authorization requests sent by in-house mail and inquiries to numerous field offices about who has the right to sign what, are a matter of the past. TIS centralizes all account information and easily maps approval processes for account management, as well as changes to access rights, through automated workflows. This minimizes the individual effort required for electronic bank communication.
Bank Transaction Manager
The solution is a single platform where you can clearly control and manage all transactions, ideally, fully automated, gaining more time for greater strategic tasks. TIS has realized this solution. With the TIS Bank Transaction Manager, payments are processed and translated automatically. The web-based software automatically collects and transfers, in a secure manner, new payment files from your ERP system, for the selected bank and in the required bank format. With what is known as straight through processing, you not only gain more time, but also security through transparent processes. The result: Overview of all liquidity positions, payment approvals and cash flows in real time. A strong basis on which you can build long-term and secure decisions.
Bank Statement Manager
The TIS Bank Statement Manager collects bank account statements from all banks worldwide, automatically formats and converts all account statements and transfers them to the subsequent treasury and ERP systems and, optionally, to other source systems. Bank-specific features in bank statements are automatically adjusted. Account balances and transactions are analyzed by the software and available for analysis and reporting. The automation and standardization of processes significantly reduces costs and facilitates working capital management. The overview of the cash position and all cash flows improves productivity and therefore performance in a sustainable way. Cash flow management means not only mapping local account movements, but also controlling them. By automating and standardizing the processes, you gain more efficiency and safety in your daily work, and you also create free space for strategic tasks.
Business Discovery Manager
The TIS Business Discovery Manager offers insight and clarity about every financial process, no matter how big your company is. It creates transparency by providing automated evaluations about cash flows and cash positions as well as additional real time reports about bank, customer, and supplier relationships and the working capital. So it detects business risks before you do. That lets you apply yourself to strategic tasks and make better decisions that drive business growth. And do it at any time, day or night. It answers important questions at any time, such as the working capital of a foreign subsidiary.
