This feature delivers an AI‑assisted promotion creation experience in a single, streamlined view. When a Key Account Manager (KAM) types a Promotion Name (and account context is known), the system auto‑suggests key fields (dates, type, durations, sell‑in dates, etc.) using master data and historical promotions. The experience also learns from KAM edits over time to personalize future suggestions by account/retailer, increasing accuracy and trust while reducing manual effort. For instance, when creating promotions, the system pre-fills fields from context as soon as the user names the promotion, so the setup can be completed in a minute instead of tens of minutes. When correcting a suggestion, the system learns preferences for this customer, so that the same edits are not repeated every cycle.
