What is Bridge-IT?

Bridge-IT is an open-source application created using SAP and Qualtrics technology to provide employees and customers with real-time facts on COVID-19 and accurate guidance on how to cope with the pandemic. The following technologies were used to develop the application:

SAP Qualtrics Surveys

Provide a personalized walk-through that allows respondents to input their situation and be routed to appropriate resources based on their needs.

SAP Business Technology Platform

Bridge WHO and country data to provide up-to-date and localized information.

SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud

Enable situation monitoring through real-time data and public sentiment.

SAP Conversational AI

Enable a chatbot for 24x7 access to company-specific FAQs, travel information, and healthcare guidance.
