So, the business adopted the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution followed by the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions.

For SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, which was implemented in a record of just six months, the support services helped keep reliability and related integrations and extensions top of mind. The deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding included integration with the SAP SuccessFactors Document Management Core solution by OpenText and custom solutions running on SAP Business Technology Platform, such as SAP Build Work Zone, to enable onboarding functionalities.

By replacing customized legacy recruiting and onboarding solutions with a unified portfolio, Wipro has consolidated both the candidate and recruiter experience with standard business processes and best practices. It has launched a career website with improved external branding for attracting and engaging talent. The company is also introducing automation using business rules to further optimize the talent acquisition and onboarding processes by reducing the need for manual data entry.
