OEM Data Protection Agreements

This Data Protection Agreement is between the Licensor of SAP software to outbound OEM partners and the specified SAP entity that may provide maintenance and support or other data processing services to the end users of such OEM partners. This agreement contains the terms and conditions by the SAP entity for the process of personal data of the end users.
