Get to know potential duplicates
The application churns the master data, applies smart algorithms to predict potential duplicates on a range of parameters. The parameters are configurable and the app is very flexible to report based on what the end user has chosen.
Define your selection criteria
Selection criteria of the app lets you define what you consider a duplicate. A flexible and vast range of parameters which can be applied to search for duplicates and unique business partners.

Choose parameters on which you can search, configure matching percentage for your search and define the rules that will predict the potential duplicates. Optionally, select to see missing data in records.
Get the current state of master data on an overview screen which displays the count of matching records, unique records and potential duplicates. This also displays distribution of unique and potentials duplicates. The screen also displays a trend chart stating number of active business partners.
Drill-down to the data behind the overview screen and get to know all records that are unique, all potential duplicates, shared records, deleted and inactive business partners. This can also be downloaded to xls.
