SAP Business ByDesign includes documents for supplier invoices in the attachment folder and customer invoices in the output history. As a user, you can review any invoice and download the associated documents. However, when dealing with multiple invoices, the process becomes repetitive and time-consuming. This add-on allows the download of multiple invoice documents in bulk.

Prepare document extractions by filling available attributes: company, invoice date, status, business partners, document type… Or just copy an existing extraction and adjust changing parameters.
Extractions are executed by background jobs, while user continues other daily tasks. Every extraction has its error log like standard background jobs. Track results by status, download date, requester user, and number of downloaded documents.
With "Download All" functionlity you will be able to download in a single .zip file all documents to your device, in few seconds. This functionality is available up to 1000 files or 100MB.
