From AI Subscription to AI Consumption: The New Commercial Model After Sapphire

Following the Sapphire announcements, SAP is gradually moving from the traditional user-based licensing model for standalone AI features toward a more flexible model of autonomous agent-based consumption. A significant portion of embedded subscription-based capabilities will move into Free AI, while new advanced agents and assistants will take their place.
