The Acceleration Collective provides a seamless and rewarding way for SAP employees to engage with the
MovingWorlds Platform and lend their time and talents to impact businesses. This virtual pro bono consulting
program pairs employees with social enterprises on the MovingWorlds Platform, guiding them as they work to
solve the organization’s strategic challenges by applying their professional skills and career experiences.
With flexible options, the program offers employees the chance to either work independently at their own
pace or to join team-based, regional cohorts for additional collaboration and support. The Acceleration
Collective benefits both employees and the enterprises they serve - enhancing skills, building connections,

Pro Bono Days: Amplify Non-Profit Success and
Offer Employees a Bridge to Further Engagement
Meetwoch is a collaborative partnership with Haus
des Stiftens, where SAP employees connect with
non-profits for virtual, one-on-one coaching sessions.
These sessions are all about sharing expertise to help
organizations strengthen their operations. This program
includes the Pro Bono Camp, which takes the idea
further by turning SAP colleagues’ professional skills
into impactful ‘knowledge donations’ through quick,
60-minute sessions. What started during Germany’s
Digitaltag in 2023 as Meetwoch, has now grown
into Pro Bono Days - a more dynamic version that
combines the best of Meetwoch and Pro Bono Camp.
The concept is simple yet powerful: SAP employees
give just 75 minutes of their time to meet virtually with
a non-profit, offering tailored insights to make a real
difference.
During 2024’s Pro Bono Week, SAP employees
participated in 50 one-on-one coaching sessions and
hosted additional engaging webinars. One highlight?
SAP’s Roland Auer led a session on ‘User Experience
- Putting Your Users at the Center’, drawing in 182
participants from non-profits eager to learn more.
These initiatives show how a little time and expertise
can create a lasting impact for non-profits - that’s only
the beginning
Across six sessions, 196 SAP employees provided
support to 223 NGOs, focusing on topics aligned with
key days of significance:
• International Women’s Day
• World Earth Day
• Digital Day
• Youth Skills Day
• International Day for the Eradication of Poverty
• Pro Bono Week 2024
• International Volunteer Day
