This virtual pro bono consultingprogram pairs employees with social enterprises on the MovingWorlds Platform, guiding them as they work tosolve the organization’s strategic challenges by applying their professional skills and career experiences.With flexible options, the program offers employees the chance to either work independently at their ownpace or to join team-based, regional cohorts for additional collaboration and support. 33Pro Bono Days: Amplify Non-Profit Success andOffer Employees a Bridge to Further EngagementMeetwoch is a collaborative partnership with Hausdes Stiftens, where SAP employees connect withnon-profits for virtual, one-on-one coaching sessions.These sessions are all about sharing expertise to helporganizations strengthen their operations. This programincludes the Pro Bono Camp, which takes the ideafurther by turning SAP colleagues’ professional skillsinto impactful ‘knowledge donations’ through quick,60-minute sessions. What started during Germany’sDigitaltag in 2023 as Meetwoch, has now growninto Pro Bono Days - a more dynamic version thatcombines the best of Meetwoch and Pro Bono Camp.The concept is simple yet powerful: SAP employeesgive just 75 minutes of their time to meet virtually witha non-profit, offering tailored insights to make a realdifference.During 2024’s Pro Bono Week, SAP employeesparticipated in 50 one-on-one coaching sessions andhosted additional engaging webinars.
