How Hilti leverages SAP Concur mobile to improve expense management and save valuable time for their sales team

Hilti AG improved its expense management by using SAP Concur Mobile, streamlining the process for its sales teams. Previously, Hilti had multiple systems for travel and expenses, requiring employees to physically attach receipts to paper and send them to the post office. With SAP Concur, all processes were unified, and the mobile app allowed employees to easily submit claims while in the field.After adopting SAP Concur, 24,000 employees now use the system annually, and half of them are using the mobile app. They are processing 750,000 invoices and 180,000 travel reports. The ExpenseIt feature of SAP Concur mobile captures receipt data automatically, saving Hilti’s sales teams over 3,700 hours in 2023. In total, 223,000 expense line entries were generated automatically, improving data accuracy and increasing employee satisfaction by reducing manual tasks. Dokument herunterladen
