Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in SAP and ORACLE spanning a broad range of solution areas and technologies. I drive innovation and digital transformation projects for SAP’s midmarket customer base that includes germany’s hidden champions as well as unicorn startups. We run initiatives to identify new business services, business models with the customers leveraging a Design Thinking approach packaged as Innovation Workshops. As an outcome our customers have a clear vision and roadmap how to become a leader in the digital economy. Inside SAP I am part of a team redefining sales. I have more than 20+ years of experience in the software industry with deep expertise in channel and business development. Focused on SAP’s innovations portfolio striving from SAP HANA to the SAP Business Technology Platform. I have exercised many roles within the SAP ecosystem: from functional to technical consultant and project manager, to sales, presales and now channel development for the last 5 years. I am a french citizen, living across the German border in Alsace, I have worked the vast majority of my career in Germany.

Since 2018 I´m the digital sales enablement lead for Middle & Eastern Europe, focusing on the development and enablement of new, digital ways of selling along the sales cycle. Before, I was a sales rep for the discrete manufacturing industry in the SME market. In 2014 I started my career at SAP as a Specialized sales for cloud CRM. Prior to SAP I gained work experiences as a project manager in a content marketing agency and as head of communications & PR in one of Europe’s biggest startup events. As escalated hobby I host and initiate networking events around the topics business, startups and technology.

I studied international business information technology in Mannheim and Qingdao - China. I joined SAP in 2012 as technology consultant. I started implementing at this time the new HANA database at big customers in the chemistry and insurance industry. Afterwards I worked as technical HANA architect for various customer in various industries. In 2015 I took an sabbatical to do a world trip for 1,5 years, to discover new cultures and working models like digital nomadism. After the trip I Co-Founded a small startup in the retail area in which I still work as sidepreneur. Since 2017 I am back at SAP and help our customers to move their business and processes to the cloud.

I was always interested in what drives people and make them believe in something. That’s why I studied Comparative Studies of Culture and Religion, South-Asian Studies and Political Science. I saw a lot of different places, worked with UNESCO in India, lived in Nepal in a Tibetan Monastery, India and other countries. That’s why I see things from the outside and are always happy to question the status quo and help others to live day 1.

After the realization that I will not be making it as a professional NBA player I spent 5 years at Vodafone before I decided to start at SAP. Whether as a member of Vodafone or part of the SAP- family I´m continuously seeking out for innovations, technologies and new business models. The reason? I like getting people inspired and excited about the things I´m excited about. Right now, for me that´s SAP SuccessFactors. When I’m not on the job, I attend on several meetups and conferences (e.g. start-up pitches or entrepreneurial stuff) and travel around the world with over 26 countries on my list now.

I started my career in consulting where I worked for 2 years in both management consulting and operational excellence projects. I gained experience across different industries whereby my heart has always beaten for the startup scene. I have always had that entrepreneur mentality even when I worked for global companies. When I joined SAP I started with an 6 months training in San Francisco, California – the startup mecca and starting point for many successful companies. Inspired by the magical spirit in Silicon Valley I was taught in an unique training environment about the SAP Strategy and how to execute it in all industries and Line of Businesses. The focus is to get across the value our customer get from the solution, not necessarily the technical functionalities. Back at the SAP HQ I leveraged the knowledge I gained in Silicon Valley and continued my journey as an Intelligent Enterprise Presales and Value Engineer. Instead of focusing on one solution or industry I support our customer in their transformation to an Intelligent Enterprise where latest technologies getting combined with an end to end solution portfolio in the cloud.

As a Project Manager in the office of the CTO SAP Germany, I conduct topic-related discussions with customers in order to drive innovation forward. I am acting as a sparring partner and trusted advisor for customers to adopt the digital transformation. By understanding what digitalization really means, I am guiding the customers in their first steps into the new world.

As a Cloud Architect for SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud I advise customers on their cloud journey. On top of that I give Social Selling trainings to my SAP colleagues. Outside business I am a Co-Organizer at Webmontag Frankfurt – doing regular events for the connection between internet and society. In prior roles I did consulting and solution management for OpenText Customer Experience Management for more than 50 customers across Europe.
Focused on SAP’s community building for the past three years, I have been responsible for internal and external projects within the Berlin ecosystem. My focus is to boost the exchange on new services & technologies between SAP's internal community and other corporates & startups. Prior to SAP I've worked as regional lead for the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Brazil and as member of the Brazilian Unesco's Creative Cities Network commission. As Co-Founder and Ecosystem Director of Impact Hub Curitiba, I was also responsible for two acceleration programs focused on social innovation. Brazilian citizen, I hold a MA degree in Design Futures - Service Design and worked in India and England before moving to Germany in 2016.
