Agnes is the Program Manager at Atlas Copco and is responsible for the Cloud for Sales Program, which won a Gold SAP Quality Award in BeLux and at the EMEA level in 2018.


Alexandros Stratis is the Research Manager responsible for IDC's European Enterprise Applications programme. He covers market analysis, end-user research, competitive dynamics, technology trends, and custom projects in the European enterprise application markets. Alexandros examines the impact of Software-as-a-Service, embedded analytics, new application software buying centres, responsive design, and other trends impacting buying behaviour.
Before joining IDC, he was employed as an analyst and consultant with QS Intelligence Unit, focusing on data analysis and performance improvement for universities from around the world.
Prior to this, he worked as an economic and policy analyst for Navanti Group and Sidar Global advisors.
Alexandros has been supporting the SAP Quality Awards as a judge since 2016.

As the Chief Information Officer of Khimji Ramdas Group he is responsible for IT strategy management for the group with IT investment, digital transformation and IT operation. He has contributed remarkably to transform fragment IT department to core strategic function and key differentiator. At present he is leading group wide massive digital transformation initiative and Omani channel digital engagement platform implementation. Prior to Khimji Ramdas Chandra Shekhar worked with global MNC in shipping and logistics as Director IT and Customer Care – South Asia and was instrumental for many innovative IT solutions for business advancement, productivity & efficiency gain, operation cost saving and customer satisfaction with best practices to set industry bench marks.
With more than 22 years of experience in IT Shekhar has been a frequent keynote speaker at many IT conferences, symposiums have been rewarded with over a dozen of awards in various categories by industry experts and analyst. Over the years he has led many initiatives for business transformation, operational excellence, growth enablement and customer satisfaction in Khimji Ramdas Group. Drawing on his insight into IT management and ability to create highly effective IT / digital frameworks, he has effectively leveraged IT as a key catalyst for Khimji Ramdas exponential growth over the past few years.

Christian Raum works as chief editor for S@PPORT, Germany’s number one independent SAP magazine covering ERP, AI, CX, and the business impact of future technologies. He is experienced in all aspects of IT, ERP, and B-to-B business. He started his career in the German Parliament, where he worked for the former East German citizens right movement inside their political communication department. Later he changed to journalism and covers IT topics such as cyber security, the automotive industry, manufacturing, cloud computing, car IT and global IT networks, energy management, digital transformation, customer experience. He also works for the consulting firm IIW Institute of Information Management and Technology. As member of the management team Christian Raum is responsible for trends in high-tech industry and future technology.

Dara is Director of the IT Applications Department at HBIS SERBIA, a well-known producer of steel, hot and cold rolled products and tin plate in southeast Europe. She is a graduate of the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Sciences with degrees in Mathematics and Computer sciences and has spent her whole working career at Steel plants on activities of business process enhancements and IS implementation.
She had many different positions in prior company USS Serbia, Director Global Business Projects BSC EUROPE, Director Transaction Processing Centre BSC EUROPE, Director Commercial Projects. She spent four years in USA (Pittsburgh) as part of the team for implementing global Oracle ERP solution.
Dara was project manager in SAP ERP project implementation in Zelezara Smederevo. Project has been successfully implemented in six-month timeframe and as recognition for successful implementation the team got a golden medal (Quality awards gold winner 2013 for CEE).
Dara has been supporting the SAP Quality Awards as a judge since 2014.

In 2020 Katja will be judging the SAP EMEA Quality Awards in the Cloud Transformation category and is looking forward to being inspired by the Cloud Projects nominated for the award.

Located in the UK with a European-wide role, Louisa has worked in the Steel Industry for more than 25 years. Focusing on Human Resources IT with earlier roles in Logistics, Commercial & IT. She is also a Business Excellence assessor for Tata Group companies, assessing Quality maturity in Europe and India. Louisa is the HR Owner for SAP SuccessFactors in Tata Steel Europe and the 2016 Gold award winner for EMEA. 2020 is her fourth time as an SAP Quality Awards judge.
Passionate and driven both in and out of work, she enjoys an active life supporting her local community and is an advocate for improving health & wellbeing, promoting the importance of work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle. In Autumn 2019 she cycled 315-miles London to Paris in 4 days of strong wind and torrential rain to raise money for a local UK hospice. Not to be deterred by a bit of bad weather, she is currently training to run her first marathon in Spring 2020.

Reidun Høllesli joined the Orkla Group in 2011. She is Senior Vice President for Project and is currently heading the Central Delivery Team in Orkla’s ongoing project for establishing a new ERP solution based on SAP S/4HANA.
Orkla is a leading supplier of branded consumer goods and concept solutions to the grocery and out-of-home sectors in the Nordic and Baltic regions, Central Europe and India. The company is also a major supplier to the European bakery market and operates in the aluminum, hydropower and real estate sectors.
Reidun has held several roles since she joined the group, including Director of Business Solutions and program manager for an SAP implementation program for Orkla Confectionary and Snacks. She was also the IT project owner when Orkla won the Nordic award and an EMEA regional award in 2013 in the Innovation category.
Before joining Orkla, Reidun worked for IBM for 13 years.

Sajan is the IT Director for the largest fast food restaurant chain and food manufacturing company in the Middle East and a member of the SAP judging panel since 2015. His projects have won the SAP Quality Award three times within the HANA Innovation, Fast Delivery and Cloud Innovation categories for EMEA and MENA. With over twenty-five years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Trading and Retail Industries, he also is a speaker at SAP/Google events and is a sought-after executive level manager.
Always seeking optimization within the workplace, Sajan Nair is a voracious leader with accolades that speak of his commitment to innovation: in 2019, he won the Gitex 2019 award for the best technical collaboration in retail with SAP, solidifying his reputation with the company. Additionally, Google published a case study on his work implementing G Suite and the Google Cloud Platform in the Middle East, representing him as one of the pioneers of IT in the region. He has been commended for building IT departments, systems and processes from the ground up, saving companies millions of dollars in expenses.

Torben Iversen is Bid Excellence Executive at KMD, which is the largest IT company in Denmark with more than 3.000 employees. KMD is part of the global NEC Corporation with 110.000 employees and serves the local government, central government, regional and private sectors with it-solutions.
Torben has a Finance and IT background and has previously been employed as partner and management consultant for the Nordic independent ERP advisory company HerbertNathan & Co, PwC Consulting and PA Consulting Group. He has worked with project management, quality assurance and implementation of ERP systems for more than 30 years.
His involvement in a large number of SAP projects covers both the private and public sector, where he has assisted companies in all phases of the project - before acquisition, during implementation and in operation.
Torben has served in a quality advisory role for SAP implementations at many Nordic companies and has a long history of working with SAP. Torben has been judging the SAP Quality Awards in the Nordic and Baltic countries for several years and has for the last 4 years participated in the Judging Panel for SAP Quality Award in EMEA.

Volker Rommel is Head of Corporate Business Applications and globally responsible for Interroll’s business process and IT platforms at Interroll Management SA. Interroll is well known as world leading manufacturer of unit handling solutions and has been awarded with 2 Quality Gold Awards of SAP in category Business Transformation and Innovation. Volker is member of Regional Judging panel since 2017.
As Program and Application Life Cycle Manager of Interroll's major projects and IT platforms he is responsible for innovation, implementation, operation and continuous optimization of Interroll’s global Business Applications and Platforms. He is in the lead of Corporate Business Applications’ support organization and internal consulting, process innovation and digitalization. Moreover, he has expertise in change management and business transformation.
Volker has more than 27 years consulting and business experience (1992) in branches like logistics, automotive, systems & machinery as well as high tech industry. He worked in companies like MHP – A Porsche Service Company, CSC – Computer Science Corporation or Daimler Benz. In his time as business consultant he was Solution Architect and providing Transformation-, Project-, Integration- and Change Management to numerous notable customers in different branches.
In May 2008 he joined Interroll Management SA headquartered in S. Antonino, Switzerland as Head of SAP Competence Center and advanced to his current role.
Volker received his Business Administration Degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen, Germany

Wayne is CEO and founder of SALACA, a management consultancy company with special interests in innovation and emerging technologies. While his speciality is in the Utilities and Energy sectors – advising some of the largest companies in the sector globally on strategy and technology roadmaps, he has also advised large companies in the transport, retail and manufacturing industries.
Most recently, Wayne has been advising MOSL, the market operator in the UK B2B water market. Before this assignment he was the Technology Director Xoserve, the central data operator for the UK gas market, helping them drive value out of their SAP product and service suite. Previously an executive at Centrica and British Gas (the largest utility in the UK), he has worked and lived in 9 countries over 20 years with his family, delivering large transformation programs. He sat on the ACCU – Advisory Customer Council for Utilities – for 5 years representing Centrica – the SAP Council for the 20 largest utilities in the world.
Wayne has judged the awards since 2013, covering each category in this time. Following the recent retirement of two of the long-standing judges, he is currently the longest serving member of the panel.
His interests include sport and, education for disadvantaged groups, in the areas of numeracy and literacy.
His next digital venture is based on creating employment for people to help others learn – “Changing the way the world lives, learns and works.
