My name is Viki, and I am a wife, a mother, and the R&D Team Lead for SAP Customer Data Cloud, part of the Customer Experience organisation at SAP, based in Israel.

I started my SAP career over four years ago as a Java developer. After two years learning new technologies and overcoming design and programming challenges, I was promoted to a team leader and today I'm leading a team of great people working in cutting-edge technologies, from frontend to backend.

I lead the development of IDX (Identity Sync) a robust and high-performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solution that offers an easy way to transfer data in bulk between platforms using microservices architecture for Big Data environment, and infrastructural services such as auditing and a modern webhooks solution. This includes bringing new features from design to production; handling high availability and high scalability challenges; releasing new features in CI/CD pipeline and working within the Scrum software development methodology.

What I love about the working culture here is that everyone is willing to help each other. Our can-do attitude pushes us all forward and makes it possible for us to bring out the best products in the market. Together we are better and stronger, and we love to celebrate and have fun. We even have rooftop parties at the office!

In my free time, I like to solve riddles at home or in escape rooms, learn Spanish and listen to interesting podcasts about programming, the universe and everything.
