This service includes: creating a new custom field or adding customizations to existing out-of-the-box fields or prior created custom fields. The duration for this service is twelve months after the customer acquires the service.

The service provides the following activities after the customer acquires the service: Build up custom fields or field customizations. Review how the new fields will integrate within the existing Cloud Service. Configure the Cloud Service. Assist with test issue resolution and validation. Migrate to production.
