Picking by customers considerably reduces the workload of the counter employees, who will then be able to pay attention to other customers or activities at the same time. The wait times for your customers are reduced as well or eliminated completely due to the picking activities made by the customers themselves.
Ensure security with a dual authentication process
In the pickup store, the customers identify themselves via their QR code, which is stored on their personal authentication card or smartphone, as well as via an additional PIN issued for each customer.
Trigger follow-up activity automatically for efficient processes
Once the purchase has been completed, the follow-up activities will be triggered and the subsequent steps, such as picking, transfer order and confirmation in the ERP system, posted automatically.

Administration app for managing customer accounts
The separate administration app can be used to create and edit customer accounts with the corresponding authorizations and trigger the print of authentication cards.

Every customer receives a customer card with a QR code for registration in order to authenticate themselves securely and uniquely at the pick-up center.
