Flexible Billing
Our billing module is fully integrated into SAP Business ByDesign Service Confirmation. Customers are able differentiate themselves in the marketplace by being flexible and offering either time based billing (number of hours on site) to consumption based billing (number of hours of operation).

Using our Preventative Maintenance & Repair module you can maximize your asset utilization by ensuring that all assets remain operational and continue to generate revenue.

Billing is captured either through IoT sensor data or the accumulation of time from dispatch out to dispatch in. Billing can be done by Customer, Job, Asset or Period of Time The module in fully integrated into SAP ByDesign and produces a Service Confirmation that can be promoted to an AR Invoice.
Preventative Maintenance & Repair
The Preventative Maintenance & Repair module maximizes your asset utilization by ensuring they always remain operational. This feature integrates to the Work Order, identifies the service as planned or unplanned which shows the cost to operate the asset.
