Starting in September 2026, with a phased rollout depending on revenue, taxpayers in France will have to issue B2B domestic invoices electronically through an approved Plateforme agréée (PA) with real-time transmission of data to tax authorities. In addition, they will have to comply with new e-reporting requirements affecting intra-community acquisitions, B2B international and B2C sales and payment information.
