Safeguarding your project through a concept and implementation assessment

Includes:

• All relevant SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace SAP documentation and a Q&A session with the customer and its partner.

• Functional exploration of technical architecture relevant to SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace.

• Run sessions and provide documentation related to the SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace implementation assessment covering:

  • Functional scope assessment
  • User roles and authorization assessment
  • Notification and reminders assessment

• Provide SAP customer-specific recommendations related to SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace implementation based on SAP leading practices.

• Through a series of leading questions, help the customer and partner assess if they have followed SAP recommendations to implement SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace.

• Provide a production cutover plan SAP leading practices for SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace

• Over six (6) consecutive months, attend a biweekly 0.5-hour meeting with the customer and its partner to answer questions (e.g., a maximum of 12 meetings).

Prerequisites:

• SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace latest available version

• SAP Business Technology Platform latest available version

• One (1) of the customer backend listed below:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition or SAP S/4HANA (on-premise) 1909 or higher 2
  • SAP ERP ECC 6 or above

Cloud Service is provisioned and set up/fully functional.

Scope Document
