The Incident Management application is tailored perfectly to the needs of oil companies. The application allows simple registration of incidents on equipment level with a guided process that reduces the amount of mistakes in the registration process to a minimum.

Partners of service stations can use this application to report incidents that occur on their service station. The technical expert of the service station company can now forward the incident to the responsible service provider of the affected asset.

After the service providers feedback, the partner is able to close the ticket. At any time the partner and the technical expert can add comments to the ticket.

The amount of mistake while creating an incident is reduced to a minimum with our guided process.

Track Incident Status

The users are able to see the current status of all their incidents.

Change Incident Status

It is possible to change the status of the incident. The user can close or cancel the incident. If a technician takes over, the user can change the status to "In Progress". At any time when changing the status, the user can add a comment.

Get an overview of the latest incidents and see the status of the incident through a colored icon in a list on the left side. On the right side are detailed information of the selected incident. In the footer are 3 buttons to close, cancel or comment on the incident.

Create Incident

Create an incident with a guided process. Select the service station, area, equipment type and the type of incident. It is also possible to upload an image and append it to the incident.
