Go for Process Standards + friendly layout instead anticuate SAP HCM on premise.
What do you like best about the product?
It a great step forward if you compare the classic SAP HCM backend system. The User friendly designed and the process data driven system makes easier to go for standardization instead of more customized solution that sometimes makes long term issues.

What I like best is the sheer number of features and the excellent ease of integration between all the different HR modules. It truly covers everything in one place. Because it's our central platform, the frequency of use is daily for the HR team, and it's essential to have everything from recruiting to performance goals integrated seamlessly. This creates a powerful, unified view of our workforce that we rely on for making important business decisions. It connects all the dots for us.
