Are you ready to become a Service partner?

Please note that these prerequisites specifically apply to your local entity in the country of application. They may vary if you hold a global agreement or partner grouping agreement (PGA) with SAP. All applications will be subject to business plan approval.

Global minimum requirements for net new service partnership application
  • Recommended: 10 employees (minimum) on payroll in the country of application

  • SAP-specific roles (without headcount duplication):

    • Three SAP-certified cloud solution consultants

    • One project manager

  • Recommended: Primary focus on SAP cloud ERP or Business Technology Platform optionally combined with SAP cloud line of business solutions

  • Alignment with SAP's global strategy

  • Experience using SAP products and technology

  • Demonstrated expertise in providing SAP implementation and support services

  • Proven experience in customer support, including training and onboarding

  • Established practices for ensuring ongoing solution adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Proven industry expertise relevant to the SAP solutions being offered

  • Clear articulation of a service-oriented value proposition that highlights how your offerings meet customer needs

  • Documented customer success stories and references demonstrating the impact of your services

  • A comprehensive service delivery model that includes processes for project management, customer engagement, and support

  • Implementation of a packaged service offering to streamline deployments and ensure consistency in service delivery

  • Robust planning for customer lifecycle management, ensuring clients receive ongoing support and solutions that evolve with their needs

  • Commitment to ongoing training and development for staff to ensure they remain knowledgeable about SAP solutions and industry best practices

  • Established customer training programmes that help clients maximise their investment in SAP solutions

New partners must be operational and achieve at least one service competency within six months of signing the agreement. SAP will conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with service quality standards.
