Driving Business Success
To deliver on our promises outlined in SAP’s
Business Strategy, our people need to be at their
best, utilizing their full potential while caring for
their own health, their colleagues’ and team’s well-
being and their customers’ needs. Health, safety
and well-being are cornerstones of a sustainable
future of work. The Business Health Culture Index
(BHCI) clearly shows the financial impact of a
healthy culture on business success.1 Physically
and psychologically safe workplaces, caring
leaders and a healthy working culture respecting
individual preferences and needs maximize
individual contributions to collective growth and
resilience.
