Karolina Telejko is a Director for EU Government Relations at SAP, where she navigates the evolving landscape of digital policy and sustainable business.
Her journey into the heart of European policy began as a journalist, followed by assignments at the European Commission (DG Trade) and the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. These global perspectives shaped her belief that technology is our most powerful tool for solving systemic challenges. Today, she focuses on the "triple bottom line"—advocating for policies that support climate action, circularity, and ESG reporting, while leading SAP’s engagement at major global forums like COP.
Beyond the world of regulation, Karolina is deeply committed to digital inclusion. She has held leadership roles in the Africa Code Week initiative, an ambitious project that has helped introduce 21st-century skills to millions of young people across the continent.
A graduate of International Relations and Philosophy in Krakow and Political Science in Lyon, Karolina believes that the most effective policy solutions are rarely found in isolation. Instead, they thrive at the intersections—where global trade, environmental stewardship, and social equity meet to create a more resilient and inclusive future.
