With the motto “. . . a passion for precision” since 1962, Baker Gauges India Pvt. Ltd. is
the number-one manufacturer of gauges and precision measuring instruments in India.
Diverse clients in sectors spanning automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical , agriculture,
and marine rely on Baker for their linear dimensional measuring needs. Baker manufactures
a wide range of products including precision hand-held measuring instruments (such as
micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges), thread gauges, and multigauging solutions driven
by air-electronic systems and computer software.
To support these operations, Baker wanted to migrate its on-premises ERP application to
the cloud. However, it needed technical support to address customization within the IT
