X-ELIO is a leading vertically integrated solar photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage
System (PV + BESS) developer focused on the development, construction, operation, and
management of utility-scale solar PV + BESS plants globally. Owned by Brookfield
Renewable Partners L.P., X-ELIO has a strong presence in more than 10 countries and has
built more than 3 gigawatts of power-generating capacity.
X-ELIO wanted to make its business more efficient by implementing standard processes
across its finance and logistics functions. Hindered by complexity in its legacy landscape,
X-ELIO decided to transform its finance operations on advanced ERP in the cloud. To
maximize future value, the company chose to implement the new technology backbone
from scratch, adopting a fit-to-standard approach.
