Emmanuel Raptopoulos biography
Emmanuel (Manos) Raptopoulos is the Global President Customer Success for Europe, APAC, Middle East
and Africa. In this capacity, he is also a member of the SAP Extended Board and Co-Lead of the Global
Customer Success organization, responsible for SAP software sales revenue and growth.
In addition to the regional teams, Raptopoulos oversees SAP’s global Strategic Engagement Unit focused
on unlocking business value for our customers through the adoption of SAP’s cloud portfolio.
During his SAP tenure, he has held senior roles in Consulting, Presales and Sales. Prior to joining SAP’s
Extended Board, he served as the Regional President of the EMEA region, now a subset of his expanded
global responsibility, where he delivered significant cloud growth and customer satisfaction. Raptopoulos
has a proven track-record not only in delivering impactful business results, but in his ability to build high-
performance teams across complex organizations and diverse cultures.
Raptopoulos holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of
Athens, Greece.
