Longtexts are an important source of information on the claim. This ACS extends your
options in that area.

▪ WTY has one longtext each for header, versions, and items
▪ Additional text objects can freely be defined with this ACS and saved together with the claim
▪ Complaint/Cause/Correction
▪ Recording information on complaint / cause / correction together with the claim is an industry standard in the
Automotive Industry. The definition of special longtext objects to this end is part of the ACS
▪ Direct access to longtexts
▪ All longtexts for a claim are loaded together with the claim and shown in a side panel. No navigation to the text
editor is needed
▪ Checking and deciding on claims is thereby sped up significantly
