restructuring ERP across multiple
international sites
Founded in 1986 and based in Italy, LU-VE S.p.A. is a global player in the heating, ventilation,
and air-conditioning sector, specializing in high-efficiency heat exchangers and cooling
systems. Through 20 production sites and 35 sales offices, LU-VE meets the needs of diverse
customers, from food preservation and data-center cooling to industrial refrigeration and
power generation, across more than 100 countries.
As a result of an internal reorganization, LU-VE needed to execute a company code merge in
just eight months, publicly announcing this ambitious undertaking to the stock market. The
objective was to enhance internal processes, control costs, and streamline the structure of
the participatory chain. Achieving this would help LU-VE improve efficiency and operational
effectiveness from an economic, management, and financial perspective.
