Javier Desentis
Regional Head of Customer Success Management
SAP Americas
Javier Desentis is Regional Head for Customer Management at SAP Americas. He is responsible
for defining and executing the regional customer success management strategy, leading and
managing Customer Value Journey including adoption, consumption, and renewals while focused
on driving cloud revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and cloud revenue retention.
Prior to this role, Javier was Regional Head for Customer Success Management at SAP Latin
America and the Caribbean. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for Cloud Success
Services in SAP Latin America and held COO roles for Intelligent Spend and Business Networks and
Digital Core Lines of Business, and for the North Latin America Market Unit.
Javier has over 25 years of leadership across roles in enterprise applications sales, customer
success, professional services, business development, and solution advisory within the IT industry;
coupled with international management skills and extensive market knowledge across major Latin
American countries.
Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Masters’ degree in Business
Administration. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is based in Miami, FL.
