The Arnotts Group has implemented a new Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system to automate Rebate and Sales Agreements in SAP. Previously, these agreements were manually handled using t-codes VBO1, VBO2, VB21, and VB22.Instead of developing an ABAP program requiring 1,740 hours, SAP Business Process Automation was deployed, enabling unattended processing with full visibility and control.This transformation reduced agreement processing time by ~80%, from 5 minutes to 1-2 minutes per agreement, and eliminated manual errors.
