As the Head of SAP Americas Demand Management Office, Katie is focused on
accelerating business outcomes and creating value for SAP’s clients by ensuring we
develop and execute strategic demand programming in coordination with all sources of
demand.
Previously, Katie led the creation of the High Growth segment in North America. There, her
team developed the go-to-market, process, and best practice sharing necessary to ensure
the success of the sales teams, which were focused on gaining market share for SAP
through competitive replacements across the Business Suite.
Katie is a 13-year SAP veteran, having previously held a number of roles including: Account
Executive, Vice President of Sales, and RVP at SAP SuccessFactors.
Katie is mom to three adult daughters, which has inspired her to be a mentor to early talent,
helping them build their careers and find rewarding opportunities that they are passionate
about. Her passion for business strategy, client success and leadership combine to create
long-term relationships through a collaborative, value-driven approach.
